Sensory fun in the wetlands When: October 15th, 2010 1pm shapr Who: for those is age grade of K-2 Cost: $5 per student Where: Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve 2600 SW Hillsboro Hwy Hillsboro, Or 97123 Sight, hearing ,smell, touch and taste. Discover what a wetland is, cool things about critters and Bald Eagles, bats, coyotes, raccoons, and insects that live at Jackson Bottom. How do bats catch bugs? How well do Bald Eagles see? How are insect eyes different than ours? Trip will occur rain or shine as the center will set us up under tents if it is raining so plan on attending no mater the weather. Dress for our crazy Oregon Weather!! |
