| Description: | Teens on the Town TH, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Facilitators: Terry Purcell and Andee Kendall Bring a snack, a Trimet day pass, and $$ for the outing, if noted. Explore Portland together. The first week, teens meet on the Main Campus in Beaverton and help plan the details of the summer weeks as a group. Each Thursday at 2:00, the group will gather at a pre-determined location and from there will set off on that day’s adventure. This event begins and ends at the designated public transport meeting location. The summer outings culminate with a kayaking trip ($40) down the Willamette on August 12. The series has educational components, and of course, will also be lots of fun. COST (includes 8:1 student/teacher ratio – does not include cost of daily events and outings): VH members: $15/week (Non-member $20/week) Buy all eight weeks for only $90 and get 8 weeks for the price of 6!
