Raffle FUNdraiser

Our Annual Raffle helps cover scholarships/financial aid so that more families can access our fun-filled, inspiring classes. Thank you for your support!

Every year, we ask EVERY family to sell at least FIVE $10 Raffle Tickets to raise $10,000 for scholarships – we give out about $30,000 in scholarships, and raise the rest later!

It’s a great cause, and ESSENTIAL $ for our community.

Here’s how it works:

The week of October 9th, come inside to pick up your raffle tickets. They are EASY to sell to friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family.  Here are the prizes (you will see why they are EASY to sell):

1. A weekend at the BRAND NEW Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa at Cape Kiwanda — it’s gorgeous!
2. TWO tickets to HAMILTON in Portland in March 2018
3. $500 cold, hard cash

And, every family who sells more than 20 raffle tickets, will get in a drawing to win the  “Super Supporter Appreciation Package” which includes FOUR tickets to Little Mermaid, the BLOOM Talent Show, and the Spring Show. Plus, a free class in the winter and the spring.

To our supporters:

Purchase raffle tickets from any Village Home family, or stop by the office (call 503-597-9100 for hours).  Tickets are only $10 each, and the prizes are exciting! Your chances to win are 3:999. Drawing will be held on Saturday, October 28 at Trunk or Treat in NE Portland. Winners do not need to be present to win. Thank you for your support, and good luck!

Together, we can reach our fundraising goals.

Each year, we leave a gap in our operating budget to keep your tuition as low as possible. We count on filling that gap with fundraising efforts in which families participate. We ask every family to sell at least 5 raffle tickets so that we can meet our budgeted needs for teacher’s pay and other essentials.

For families who sell more than 20 raffle tickets, you will be entered in the drawing for the SUPER SUPPORTER APPRECIATION PACKAGE! Sell tickets to your neighbors, friends, and co-workers. It’s easy — just ask! If you don’t like raffles, we totally understand. In lieu of selling tickets, you may make a tax-deductible contribution of $50 or more to Village Home here.

Pick up raffle tickets: Starting Monday, October 9
Turn in ALL Tickets (sold and unsold): Friday, October 27 by 3 pm
